1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons rosemary, chopped
freshly ground pepper
1 smoked ham
Directions:
Preheated oven to 300 degrees. Combine all
ingredients in a small bowl. Place your ham in a roasting pan fat side up.
Slather generously with your mustard mixture. Pour about 1/2 cup of water into
the bottom of the pan and place in a the oven. Bake for about
30 minutes per lb. uncovered. Serve with your choice of low carb sides.
